Look for the bus marked 'Kefalonia' or 'Local Bus to Makrygialos,' which will take you towards the southern part of the island. The bus ride will take approximately 1.5 to 2 hours. Inform the driver that you want to stop at Makrygialos. Once you arrive at the Makrygialos bus stop, you will need to walk towards the beach area.

From the Makrygialos bus stop, head towards the beach. As you reach the beach, turn left and follow the coastal path. Keep walking along the beach until you see signs directing you to Niagara Peristeriona. The walk is about 20-30 minutes from the bus stop, and you will enjoy beautiful views of the coastline along the way.

If you prefer not to walk, you can also take a local taxi from the Makrygialos bus stop directly to Niagara Peristeriona. Taxis in Zakynthos are relatively affordable. It's advisable to negotiate the fare before getting into the taxi. The drive will take approximately 10 minutes.
