  • Walking

    If you are in Tumon, Ypao Beach is easily accessible on foot. Head towards the shoreline and follow the beach or the paved walking paths south. Look for the large grassy park area adjacent to the beach. The park is near the junction of Pale San Vitores Rd. and Route 14B.

  • Public Transport

    Guam Regional Transit Authority (GRTA) buses operate in the Tumon area. Look for designated bus stops along the main road (Pale San Vitores Road). Take a bus that stops near Ypao Beach Park or the Kmart Tamuning. From the bus stop, it is a short walk to the beach. A single bus fare costs between $2 and $5. The Red Shuttle Bus also services the Tumon area and stops near Ypao Beach. A one-day ticket costs $15 for adults and $7 for children.

  • Taxi/Ride-Share

    Taxis and ride-sharing services are readily available in Tumon. Provide the driver with the address '429 Pale San Vitores Rd, Tumon, 96913, Guam' or simply ask to be taken to Ypao Beach Park. The taxi fare from Guam Airport to Ypao Beach is approximately $25-$30. From the Guam Reef Hotel to Ypao Beach, the taxi fare is approximately 67.41 PHP.
