Car
From any central location in Northern Guam, such as Tumon or Dededo, head south on Route 1 (Marine Corps Drive). Continue for approximately 25 miles, then turn right onto Route 2 towards Humåtak. Stay on Route 2 for about 5 miles, then turn left onto Sella Bay Road. Follow the road to the Sella Bay Overlook. Parking is available at the overlook. There are no tolls or parking fees.
Public Transport
From major areas like Tumon or Hagåtna, take the Guam Bus (Route 19) towards Humåtak. Check the latest bus schedule for service times. Once in Humåtak, you will need to walk or take a taxi for the remaining distance to Sella Bay Overlook. The walk is approximately 2 miles. Guam Regional Transit Authority (GRTA) bus fares are $1.50 for a one-ride pass or $4.00 for a day pass.

From Northern Guam, a taxi or ride-sharing service to Sella Bay Overlook will cost approximately $30-$40. Taxi flag rate is $2.40, $4.00 for the first mile, and $0.80 every ¼ mile thereafter.
