Car Rental
If you're driving from Flores, Petén, take the CA-9 highway south towards Santa Elena. Continue on CA-9 for about 25 km until you reach the turnoff for San Andrés, which will be on your right. Follow the signs to San Andrés, then take the road towards Paso Caballos. After about 10 km, you will see signs for Sitio Arqueológico El Perú/Waká. Follow these signs for approximately 5 km, and you will arrive at the archaeological site located at 7M48+J5C, Paso Caballos.

Public Bus
From Flores, you can catch a public bus (known as ' camionetas') heading towards Santa Elena. The fare is around Q10-15. Once you arrive in Santa Elena, transfer to a bus or shuttle that goes to San Andrés. This bus ride will cost approximately Q5-10. When you reach San Andrés, you can either hire a taxi for about Q50-70 to take you directly to Sitio Arqueológico El Perú/Waká, or you can ask locals for any shuttle services that might operate to the archaeological site, as they are sometimes available.
