Walking
From the Town Church in the center of St Peter Port, walk down the High Street until you reach St Julian's Avenue. Turn right and continue to the waterfront. St Julian's Pier and St Peter Port Harbour will be on your left. Alternatively, from the ferry terminal, head south along the seafront for about 10 minutes. Follow the path along the water, keeping the sea to your left, until you reach St Julian's Pier.
Public Transport
Most bus routes pass through St Peter Port. From the Town Terminus, it is a short walk to the harbor. A single bus fare costs approximately £1. Contactless payment is available on all buses.
Taxi
Taxi ranks are available in St Peter Port. A taxi ride from Guernsey Airport to St Peter Port takes around 10-15 minutes and costs approximately £10-£15. It is recommended to book taxis in advance.
Driving
Parking is free in Guernsey, but most areas in St Peter Port are 'disc zones'. You must use a parking clock to indicate your arrival time. Parking clocks can be purchased for £5.50 from various locations. Most parking near the center of St Peter Port is short-stay (two hours or less). Long-stay parking is further away and fills up early. Major car parks are on the Harbour piers. Note: Vehicles parked at night must show lights unless parked in a disc zone or approved parking space.
