Getting There

• Walking

  Start at the Castel parish church, located at the intersection of Route de la Lande and Route de la Villiaze. From the church, head west on Route de la Lande until you reach the junction with Rue des Vignes. Turn left onto Rue des Vignes and continue walking straight. After approximately 10 minutes, you will arrive at a fork in the road. Take the right path, which leads onto La Rue des Fuchsias. Continue straight for about 5 minutes until you see Les Fouaillages on your left, marked by its distinctive historical features.

• Walking

  If you are near the Castel Hospital, exit the hospital grounds onto Route de la Villiaze. Head south towards Route de la Lande. Once you reach the main road, turn right and walk along Route de la Lande for about 15 minutes. You will pass several local shops and cafes. When you reach the junction with Rue des Vignes, turn right. Continue straight for about 5 minutes until you see Les Fouaillages on your left.

• Walking

  From the Castel coastline, if you are at the beach near Cobo Bay, walk along the coastal path towards the west. Continue until you reach the nearest access road, which is Route de la Lande. Turn left and head inland. Walk for about 20 minutes, passing through residential areas and local parks. When you reach the junction with Rue des Vignes, turn left and continue straight for another 5 minutes to arrive at Les Fouaillages on your left.
