If you're starting from the center of Forest, head northwest along the Main Road (also known as the Forest Road). Continue on this road for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the junction with the Rue de la Villia. Turn left onto Rue de la Villia. After walking for about 300 meters, you will reach a small roundabout. Take the second exit onto Candie Road. Follow Candie Road for approximately 500 meters, and you will see the Victor Hugo Statue located in a small park area on your right.

From the Forest Methodist Church, head southeast on the Rue de la Villia towards the Main Road. Turn right onto the Main Road and continue walking until you reach the junction with Candie Road (about 700 meters). Turn left onto Candie Road and walk about 400 meters. The Victor Hugo Statue will be located in a tranquil park area on your left.
