From the center of Forest, head north on the main road (La Route de la Trinité). Continue walking straight for about 1 kilometer until you reach the junction with Arsenal Road. Turn right onto Arsenal Road and walk for approximately 500 meters. Victoria Tower will be on your left, with a sign indicating its presence.

If you are near the Forest School, exit the school grounds and turn left onto La Route de la Trinité. Walk straight for about 800 meters, then turn left onto Arsenal Road. Continue for another 300 meters, and Victoria Tower will be on your right.
