Getting There

    If you're traveling by car, start from the center of Dömös. Drive along the main road (Route 10) towards the north. After approximately 1 km, look for a small road on your left that leads towards the forest. Follow this road for another 2 km until you reach a parking area. From the parking area, you will see signs directing you to Ferenczy-szikla. The hike to the rock should take about 20-30 minutes.

  • Public Transportation

    To reach Ferenczy-szikla using public transportation, take a train to the Dömös station from Budapest. Trains leave regularly from Nyugati Railway Station. Once you arrive at Dömös, exit the station and walk towards the main road (Route 10). From there, you can follow the directions provided for car travel. If you prefer, you can take a local bus that heads towards the forest area, but be sure to check the schedule as they may not run frequently. After getting off the bus, follow the same walking route to the parking area and hike to Ferenczy-szikla.
