From Zemplen Mountains, take route 27 towards Budapest. Continue on this road until you reach the M3 motorway. Merge onto the M3 towards Budapest. Follow signs for the city center (Belváros) and take the exit for 'Kossuth Lajos Tér'. Once in the city, follow signs for 'Buda Castle' or 'Vár'. Fisherman's Bastion is located within the Buda Castle area. Be aware that parking can be limited, so consider parking in one of the public lots nearby or use street parking if available.

From Zemplen Mountains, take a bus or train to Budapest. If you opt for a train, head to the nearest major train station (e.g., in Szeged or Miskolc) and take a train to Budapest's Keleti or Nyugati station. Once in Budapest, use the metro or tram system. You can take Metro Line 2 (the red line) to 'Deák Ferenc Tér' and transfer to Metro Line 4 (the green line), heading towards 'Kelenföld'. Get off at 'Fővám tér', then take tram #2 towards 'Jászai Mari tér'. Disembark at 'Dózsa György tér' and walk towards the Buda Castle area where Fisherman's Bastion is located. Be sure to check the current schedules for both trains and trams.
