Start by taking the M2 (red line) metro from any station in Budapest. If you're near Deák Ferenc tér, board the train towards Déli Pályaudvar. Get off at the Déli Pályaudvar station (the last stop). Exit the station and head towards the southwest exit which leads to the street.

From Déli Pályaudvar, you can catch tram number 61 or 59. Board the tram at the nearby stop and travel towards the 'Krisztina tér' stop. This journey will take around 5 minutes.

Walking
After getting off the tram at Krisztina tér, walk towards the direction of the Kapisztrán tér. Follow the signs directing you towards the Church of Saint Mary Magdalene. It should take approximately 10 minutes to walk to the church. The church is located at Kapisztrán tér 6, 1014 Budapest.

Alternatively, from Déli Pályaudvar, you can take bus number 5 from the bus stop outside the metro station. Ride the bus for 2 stops and get off at the 'Kapisztrán tér' stop, which is very close to the church.
