From the center of Hveragerdi, head northwest on Laugavegur street toward the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the first exit onto Hveragerðisvegur. Continue walking straight for about 1 kilometer until you reach the sign for Reykjadalur Hot Springs. You will see a dirt path leading into the valley. Follow this path, which will lead you through beautiful landscapes and a river. The hike is approximately 3 kilometers (about 1.5 miles) and will take around 1 to 1.5 hours depending on your pace.
