    Start at the center of Hveragerdi, at the main square. Head east along the main road, Lækjargata, for about 10 minutes until you reach the intersection with Þjóðvegur. Continue straight until you reach the bus stop named 'Hveragerði - Smiðjan'. From there, take the bus number 51 towards Reykjavík. After approximately 30 minutes, get off at the stop 'Reykjavík - Hlemmur'. Once you disembark, head north on Hringbraut street for about 5 minutes, then turn left onto Flókagata. The Reykjavík Art Museum Kjarvalsstaðir will be on your right at Flókagata 24.

    From any location in Hveragerdi, make your way to the nearest bus stop. Board the bus number 51 towards Reykjavík. It should take around 30 minutes to reach the Hlemmur bus terminal in Reykjavík. Once you arrive at Hlemmur, exit the bus and walk north on Hringbraut street. After about 5 minutes, turn left onto Flókagata. The museum will be located at Flókagata 24.
