Walking

If you are starting from the Kópavogur town center, head west on Lækjargata. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Borgarbraut. Turn right onto Borgarbraut and walk straight for about 1 kilometer. You will pass several shops and cafes. After reaching the roundabout at Kársnesbraut, take the second exit onto Kársnesbraut. Continue straight for another 500 meters until you see Kópavogsþingstaður on your right at Kópavogstún (433V+VW8). It's a historical landmark, so look for signs indicating its location.
Public Transport (Bus)

From the Kópavogur bus station (Strætó), take bus number 1 towards Reykjavík. After 3 stops, get off at the stop named 'Kársnes'. Walk straight down Kársnesbraut for about 600 meters. You will then see Kópavogsþingstaður on your left at Kópavogstún (433V+VW8). Make sure to check the bus schedule as it may vary throughout the day.
Bicycle

If you prefer cycling, start from the Kópavogur town center and head west on Lækjargata. Continue onto Borgarbraut for about 1 kilometer. Once you reach the roundabout at Kársnesbraut, take the exit onto Kársnesbraut. Cycle for another 500 meters, and you will find Kópavogsþingstaður on your right at Kópavogstún (433V+VW8). There are bike lanes along the main roads, making it a safe route.
