Driving
The Starved Rock State Park Visitor Center is located at 2678 East 873 Road, Oglesby, IL 61348. From I-39, take the Oglesby exit (Exit 54) and follow the signs to Starved Rock State Park. From the east, take I-80 W to IL Rt. 23 S (exit 90) to IL Rt. 71 W. Free parking is available at the Visitor Center. During peak season, parking lots may close when full.

The Visitor Center is centrally located within Starved Rock State Park, providing easy access to many of the park's main trailheads. From the Starved Rock Lodge, follow the well-marked trails towards the Illinois River. The Visitor Center will be on your right, near the main parking lot. Trail maps are available at the Lodge and Visitor Center.
