If you are driving, start on I-90/I-94 (Kennedy Expressway) heading south. Continue onto I-57 South. Take exit 348B for 159th St. Turn left onto W 159th St and continue straight for about 2 miles. Turn right onto S Kedzie Ave, then left onto W 167th St. Continue for about 1 mile and then turn right onto S Pulaski Rd. After about half a mile, turn left onto W 159th St. After approximately 2 miles, turn right onto S Western Ave. Continue straight until you reach the Gensburg-Markham Prairie entrance at 41.6046269, -87.6910033.

Public Transportation
For public transportation, take the Metra Electric Line from downtown Chicago to the Markham Station. From the Markham Station, you can take the Pace Bus Route 364 towards Chicago Heights. Get off at the stop near Western Ave and 159th St. From there, it is about a 10-15 minute walk to the Gensburg-Markham Prairie entrance at 41.6046269, -87.6910033. Be sure to check the current bus schedule for the most accurate times. Note that Metra tickets typically cost around $6 one way from downtown Chicago to Markham, and the Pace Bus fare is approximately $2.
