From Oak Lawn, head to the nearest bus stop that services the Pace Bus or Chicago Transit Authority (CTA) routes. Take the Pace Bus Route 381 towards Chicago and get off at the '95th/Dan Ryan' station. From there, transfer to the CTA Red Line towards Howard. Ride the train until you reach the 'Clark/Division' stop. Exit the station and walk north on Clark Street for about 0.3 miles, then turn right onto North Lake Shore Drive. The International Museum of Surgical Science will be on your left at 1524 N Lake Shore Dr.

Begin at the Oak Lawn Metra Station on the SouthWest Service Line. Board a train heading towards Chicago Union Station. Get off at the 'Union Station' and transfer to the CTA Blue Line. Take the Blue Line towards O'Hare and get off at 'Washington' station. From there, transfer to the CTA Red Line at 'State/Lake' station heading towards Howard. Ride until you reach the 'Clark/Division' stop. Exit the station and walk north on Clark Street for about 0.3 miles, then turn right onto North Lake Shore Drive. The International Museum of Surgical Science will be on your left at 1524 N Lake Shore Dr.
