Buses to Chungthang run frequently, so you should not have to wait long. The journey will take about 3-4 hours depending on traffic and road conditions. Once you reach Chungthang, you can ask locals for directions to Gurudwara Shri Dongmar Sahib, which is approximately 16 km away. You may find shared taxis or local transport options available at the bus stand to reach the Gurudwara.

At the SNT bus terminal in Deorali, you can also opt for a shared taxi to Chungthang. This is often a quicker option and can take about 2-3 hours. Upon reaching Chungthang, ask for directions to Gurudwara Shri Dongmar Sahib, which is about 16 km from there. You can hire a local taxi or find shared transport to get to the Gurudwara.
