Start from the main market area in Leh (known as Leh Main Bazaar). Head west on Fort Road until you reach the junction with the Leh-Khardungla Road. Continue on this road for approximately 1 kilometer until you reach the bus stop. From here, you can ask locals for directions to Basgo Castle or take a shared taxi (if available) to Basgo village, which is approximately 40 kilometers away. The shared taxi will drop you off near the entrance of the castle.
