Getting There

• Walking

  From the center of Fountain Square, head northwest on Virginia Avenue toward E Morris Street. Walk along Virginia Avenue for about 0.3 miles until you reach the intersection with E Washington Street. At this intersection, turn left onto E Washington Street and continue walking for approximately 0.5 miles. You will cross over the bridge and enter the Mile Square area of downtown Indianapolis. Continue straight until you reach N Meridian Street. The Depew Memorial Fountain will be located on your left at 307 N Meridian St.

  If you prefer to take public transportation, you can catch the IndyGo bus service. From Fountain Square, walk to the nearest bus stop at Virginia Avenue and E Morris Street. Board the Route 18 (the 'Riverside' line) heading toward the Central Station. After about 15 minutes and 6 stops, get off at the 'Washington St & Meridian St' stop.
