Walking

From the Giant's Causeway Visitor Centre, follow the coastal path west towards Runkerry. The walk is approximately 20-30 minutes at a slow pace, offering scenic views along the cliff edge. Be sure to wear comfortable shoes as the path can be uneven and muddy in places. There are no fees for accessing the coastal path or Portcoon Jetty.
Public Transport

From Bushmills, take a Translink bus towards Portrush. Alight in Portrush and take a taxi to Portcoon Jetty, as public transport options directly to the jetty are limited. The taxi fare from Portrush to Portcoon Jetty is approximately £10-£15. A single bus fare from Bushmills to Portrush is around £3.
Car

From the Giant's Causeway Visitor Centre, drive southwest on the A2 towards Bushmills. Follow the signs for Runkerry and turn left onto Runkerry Road. Continue on Runkerry Road until you reach Portcoon Jetty. Limited parking is available along Runkerry Road. Parking is free, but be mindful of any parking restrictions.
