If you're driving from the Cliffs of Moher visitor center, head west on the R478 road towards Doolin. After approximately 5.5 kilometers, you will reach a junction with the R477. Turn left onto the R477. Continue for about 2 kilometers, and you will see signs for Doolin. Follow the signs to Doolin Pier, which will be on your right. There is ample parking available near the pier, but be aware that there may be a parking fee of about €2 per hour.
