From the center of Ennis, head north on O'Connell Street towards the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto the N85 road. Follow the N85 for approximately 20 km. You will pass through the village of Inagh. Continue straight until you reach a junction where you will see signs for Carran and Caherconnell. Turn left onto the R476 road towards Carran. After about 4 km, you will arrive at Caherconnell Stone Fort located on your right.
