From the center of Glendalough, head south on the R756 road. Continue for approximately 5 km until you reach the junction with the R747. Turn left onto the R747, and follow the signs for Donard. After about 3 km, turn right onto a narrow road leading towards Donard Demesne East. Keep an eye out for the Church Mountain Passage Tomb and Church, which will be on your left after approximately 1 km. Parking may be limited, so be prepared to find a space along the road.

From Glendalough, take the local bus service towards Wicklow Town. You may need to change buses at the Wicklow Town bus station, where you can catch a bus heading towards Donard. Make sure to check the bus schedules in advance, as services may be limited. Once you arrive in Donard, you can either walk or take a short taxi ride to the Church Mountain Passage Tomb and Church. The distance from the bus stop in Donard to the tomb is about 2 km.

If you're already in Glendalough and prefer walking, start at the Glendalough Visitor Centre. Follow the trail markers leading south along the R756 road. After about 5 km, you will come to the junction with the R747. Continue on the R747 for another 3 km, then turn onto the narrow road towards Donard Demesne East. The walk will take approximately 1.5 to 2 hours, so be prepared with comfortable shoes and water.
