If you are traveling by car, start from the town of Newry. Head south on the A25 towards the Mourne Mountains. After approximately 7 miles, you'll see signs for The Silent Valley. Turn onto the B180 road, which leads directly to the entrance of The Silent Valley. There is a parking fee of £5 for cars, which you can pay at the entrance.

Public Transportation
For those using public transportation, take a bus from Newry Bus Station towards Newcastle. The bus service is operated by Ulsterbus and typically runs every hour. Make sure to get off at the Silent Valley stop. From there, it's a short walk (approximately 1 mile) to the entrance of The Silent Valley. Note that the bus fare is around £3.50 one way.

Walking from the Bus Stop
If you arrive by bus, after disembarking at the Silent Valley stop, follow the signs towards The Silent Valley. You will walk along a paved footpath, enjoying the scenic views of the Mourne Mountains as you approach the entrance. It should take you about 20 minutes to reach The Silent Valley.
