    From Westport, head to the Westport Bus Station located on the Quay Road. Board the bus heading towards Galway City. The journey will take approximately 30-40 minutes. Alight at the bus stop in Ballinrobe, which is the nearest town to Clonbur Woods.

    Once you arrive in Ballinrobe, exit the bus station and head east on Main Street. Continue straight until you reach the junction with the N84 road. Turn left onto the N84 and follow it for about 1.5 miles (2.4 km). Look for signs for Clonbur Woods and turn right onto a smaller road leading towards Kilbeg Lower. The entrance to Clonbur Woods will be on your left. It's about a 30-minute walk from the bus stop to the entrance.
