If you're starting from the Old City of Akko, head towards the city's main entrance, the Citadel of Akko (also known as the Acco Citadel). From the Citadel, walk towards the coastline, passing the scenic promenade. Continue walking along the waterfront until you reach the intersection with Portsei ha-Mivtsar Street. Turn left onto Portsei ha-Mivtsar Street. After a short walk of about 5 minutes, you'll see Hamam al-Basha on your right side. Look for the distinctive architecture of the historic bathhouse.
