If you are starting from the Ein Gedi Nature Reserve entrance, exit the reserve and head south on Ein Gedi Street. Continue straight for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the Ein Gedi Hotel on your right. The Synergy Spa is located inside the hotel, so you can enter through the main entrance.
