Experience Ein Gedi beach water

Getting There

  • Walking

    From Ein Gedi's main entrance, head towards the Ein Gedi Nature Reserve Visitor Center. Once there, follow the marked trail leading to the beach area. The trail is well-maintained and clearly indicated with signs pointing towards Ein Gedi Beach. It will take about 20 minutes of walking. As you approach the beach, you will see beautiful views of the Dead Sea on your left.

    If you are starting from the Ein Gedi Kibbutz area, exit the kibbutz and head south towards the Dead Sea. Continue walking along the main path until you reach the Ein Gedi Nature Reserve entrance. Once you arrive, proceed to the Visitor Center and follow the same trail to the beach. This walk will take approximately 30 minutes.

    If you are staying at the Ein Gedi Hostel, exit the hostel and head towards the main road. Make a right to follow the road down towards the beach area. You will see signs directing you to the Ein Gedi Nature Reserve. The walk will take around 25 minutes and will provide scenic views along the way.
