Walking
If you are starting from the Old City of Jerusalem, exit through the Jaffa Gate and head west on Jaffa Street. After about 10 minutes, you will reach the intersection with King David Street. Turn left onto King David Street and continue straight for another 10 minutes until you reach the intersection with Hebron Road. Turn right onto Hebron Road, and after approximately 15 minutes of walking, you will see Mar Elias Monastery on your left.

From the Old City, walk to the nearest bus stop on Jaffa Street. Take bus number 21 or 24 towards Talpiot. After about 20 minutes, get off at the 'Mar Elias' stop, which is directly in front of the Mar Elias Monastery. Make sure to check the bus schedule for the most accurate times.

From the Old City, make your way to the nearest light rail station, which is at the City Hall station. Board the light rail heading towards the 'Hadar Mall' direction.
