From the center of Modi'in, head towards the Modi'in Central Bus Station. Once there, take the bus number 48 towards Jerusalem. After approximately 30 minutes, get off at the 'Modi'in East' stop. From there, exit the bus station and walk towards the pedestrian bridge that crosses over the highway. Cross the bridge and continue straight until you reach the main road (Route 44).
