From Modi'in, head to the Modi'in Central Bus Station. Take bus number 350 towards Jerusalem (it departs frequently). The journey will take about 30-40 minutes. Once you arrive at the Jerusalem Central Bus Station, exit the station and head towards the light rail station. Take the light rail towards 'Mount Herzl' and get off at the 'City Hall' stop. From there, walk east towards Sderot Ben Tsvi Street and continue until you reach Pater Noster Church, which is located on the slope of the Mount of Olives.

If you prefer to walk, you can start from the center of Modi'in. Walk towards the train station and take the train to Jerusalem. Once you arrive at the Jerusalem Malha train station, you can take bus number 74 or 75 towards the Old City. Get off at the 'Mount of Olives' stop, and from there you can walk to Pater Noster Church. It is about a 20-minute walk uphill, so wear comfortable shoes.
