Car
If you are driving, start from Aosta city center and take the A5 motorway towards Courmayeur. Continue for about 60 kilometers, then take the exit for the SS26 towards Pré-Saint-Didier. Follow SS26 until you reach the junction for the Aosta Valley. Continue on this road until you reach the town of Ferret, where you can find parking. From there, you will need to take a cable car or hike to Zermatt, which is the closest access point to Gorner Gorge.

From Aosta, take a train to Zermatt. There may be transfers involved, typically in Brig. Once you arrive in Zermatt, follow the signs to the Gorner Gorge. It is approximately a 30-minute walk from the train station to the gorge. Make sure to check the train schedules ahead of time, as they can vary.
