Follow the signs that direct you to the crypt, and you will find it located directly beneath the cathedral itself.

If you are further away, take the tram Line T2 towards 'Aeroporto' and get off at 'Alamanni - Stazione' stop. From there, walk straight to Via Nazionale, then turn left and continue walking until you reach Piazza del Duomo. The Crypt of Santa Reparata is located beneath the Florence Cathedral, which is easily visible from the piazza.
