Walking
If you are in the historic center of Florence, start from Piazza della Signoria. Head southeast on Via dei Gondi and continue straight until you reach Via della Ninna. Turn right onto Via della Ninna and continue to the end of the street. At the end, turn left onto Via dei Neri. Walk along Via dei Neri until you reach a large intersection. Here, turn right onto Via del Castellaccio. The Leonardo Da Vinci Museum will be on your left at number 1r.

From the central train station, Santa Maria Novella, you can take the bus number 13. Board the bus at the bus stop located in front of the train station. Stay on the bus for about 5 stops, getting off at the stop named 'Piazza San Marco.' Once you exit the bus, walk south along Via Cavour until you reach the intersection with Via del Castellaccio. Turn left onto Via del Castellaccio, and the museum will be on your right at number 1r.
