If you are near the Florence Cathedral (Duomo), start by heading southwest on Via dei Calzaiuoli towards Piazza della Signoria. Continue straight until you reach Piazza della Signoria, where you will see the Palazzo Vecchio. From there, take Via dei Gondi and continue until you reach Via del Castellaccio. Turn left onto Via del Castellaccio, and you will find the Museo Leonardo Da Vinci at number 1r on your right.

From the Santa Maria Novella train station, take Bus 13 or 14 from the bus stop located outside the station. Ride for about 5 stops and get off at the 'Piazza del Duomo' stop. From there, head southwest on Via dei Calzaiuoli towards Piazza della Signoria, then turn onto Via dei Gondi and follow it to Via del Castellaccio. Turn left onto Via del Castellaccio, and the museum will be at number 1r on your right.
