If you are near the Milan Central Station (Stazione Centrale), take the M2 (Green Line) metro towards Cadorna. Alight at Cadorna station. From there, transfer to the M1 (Red Line) metro and take it towards Sesto 1 Maggio FS. Get off at Cairoli station. Exit the station and walk straight onto Via dei Piatti. Continue straight until you reach Largo Cairoli, where you will find the Milan Visitor Center - Zani Viaggi at number 18.

If you are near the Duomo di Milano, you can catch Tram Line 1 (Red Tram) from the stop in front of the cathedral. Ride for about 5 stops and get off at the Cairoli stop. Once you disembark, walk towards Largo Cairoli. The Milan Visitor Center - Zani Viaggi will be right at Largo Cairoli, 18.
