From Piazza del Duomo, walk along Corso Cavour towards the northern end of the city. Continue onto Via Postierla. The Rocca Albornoziana will be on your left. The walk is approximately 10-15 minutes and involves a slight uphill climb.

From Orvieto Scalo (train station), take the funicular to Piazza Cahen. From Piazza Cahen, you can take a local bus (Busitalia or Cotral) to Piazza Duomo, then follow the walking directions. A funicular ticket costs €1.30 per person one way, and is valid for 90 minutes including the shuttle bus from Piazza Cahen to Piazza Duomo. Bus tickets cost €1-€2.
