Walking
From the main square in Montepulciano (Piazza Grande), head south towards Via di Gracciano nel Corso. Walk straight until you reach the intersection with Via di Voltaia nel Corso. Turn left onto Via di Voltaia nel Corso and continue walking until you come to the bus station (Stazione Autobus). From there, take a bus to Siena. The journey will take approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive at the bus station in Siena, exit the station and head towards the main street (Via della Storia). Follow this street to the east until you reach the intersection with Costa Sant'Antonio. Turn right onto Costa Sant'Antonio, and the Santuario Casa di Santa Caterina will be on your left at number 6.

Start at the main square in Montepulciano (Piazza Grande) and walk to the bus station (Stazione Autobus), which is about a 5-minute walk down Via di Gracciano nel Corso. Purchase a ticket to Siena from the ticket counter or machine. Board the bus to Siena, which will take about 30 minutes. Once you arrive in Siena, get off at the bus station and exit towards Via della Storia. Walk east on Via della Storia and turn right onto Costa Sant'Antonio. The Santuario Casa di Santa Caterina will be located at number 6 on your left.
