If you are near the central Piazza IV Novembre, head east towards Corso Vannucci. Continue walking along Corso Vannucci until you reach the intersection with Via Sant'Ercolano. Turn left onto Via Sant'Ercolano, and the Church of Sant'Ercolano will be on your right side. It is a short walk of about 10 minutes.

From the main bus terminal in Perugia, take the bus number C or D towards the city center. Get off at the stop 'Piazza Italia'. From there, walk down Corso Vannucci, and turn left onto Via Sant'Ercolano. The church will be located on your right after a short walk of about 5 minutes.

If you are staying at the Hotel Brufani, exit the hotel and walk down towards the escalators at Via Mazzini. Take the escalators down to Via Sant'Ercolano. Once at the bottom, turn left and the Church of Sant'Ercolano will be just a few steps ahead on your right.

From the Rocca Paolina, exit through the main exit and walk towards the escalators. Take the escalators down to the street level, and you will be at Via Sant'Ercolano. Turn left, and you will see the Church of Sant'Ercolano on your right, approximately a 5-minute walk.
