    If you're starting from the Pompeii Archaeological Park entrance, head east on Viale Giuseppe Mazzini for about 500 meters until you reach the intersection with Via Villa dei Misteri. Turn right onto Via Villa dei Misteri and continue straight. After about 300 meters, you'll approach the Porta Vesuvio entrance, which will be on your left. Look for the sign indicating 'Porta Vesuvio' as you approach.

    From the Pompeii Forum area, walk towards the Via dell'Abbondanza. Head south until you reach the Basilica. Continue down Via dell'Abbondanza until you see the intersection with Via Villa dei Misteri. Turn left onto Via Villa dei Misteri and follow it for about 300 meters. Porta Vesuvio will be on your left, clearly marked.

    If you are near the House of the Faun, walk south down Via della Fortuna towards the Forum. Once you reach the Forum, turn left and walk towards Via dell'Abbondanza. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Via Villa dei Misteri. Turn right on Via Villa dei Misteri, and Porta Vesuvio will be on your left after about 300 meters.

    For those coming from the Villa of the Mysteries, exit the villa and head south on Via Villa dei Misteri. Continue straight for approximately 600 meters. Porta Vesuvio will be on your right just before you reach the intersection with Via dei Vesuvio.
