Continue straight on Via dell'Abbondanza for about 500 meters until you reach the intersection with Via S. Giovanni Battista della Salle. Turn left onto Via S. Giovanni Battista della Salle and walk for approximately 300 meters. You will see Porta Capua on your right at the address Via S. Giovanni Battista della Salle, 21/G.

    If you prefer to use public transport, walk from the Amphitheatre of Pompeii to the nearby train station, Pompei Scavi - Villa dei Misteri, which is approximately a 10-minute walk. Once you arrive at the station, purchase a ticket for the Circumvesuviana train heading towards Naples. Get off at the next stop, Pompei. After exiting the train station, walk towards Via S.
