From your location in Capri, head towards the Marina Grande. Once you reach the marina, take the ferry to Naples. After arriving in Naples, follow the signs to the Circumvesuviana train station. Purchase a ticket to Pompei. The train ride takes about 30 minutes. Once you arrive at the Pompei Scavi station, exit and walk towards Via Villa dei Misteri. The Santuario di Apollo is located at Via Villa dei Misteri, 4, which is about a 10-minute walk from the station.
