Walking
From the center of Pompeii, head towards the Pompeii Scavi (excavations) entrance. When you exit, turn left onto Corso Vittorio Emanuele. Continue straight for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the Pompei train station. Once at the station, purchase a ticket for the Circumvesuviana train towards Sorrento. Board the train and enjoy the scenic ride. Disembark at the Capri stop. Upon arrival, you will need to take a ferry to reach Marina di Caterola. Follow the signs to the ferry terminal and purchase your ferry ticket. The ferry ride takes approximately 30 minutes, and once you arrive at Capri, you will be at the Porto Turistico di Capri (Marina di Caterola).

Start at Pompeii and walk to the Pompei Scavi train station. From there, take the Circumvesuviana train to Sorrento, which is about a 30-minute ride. Once you arrive in Sorrento, head to the Sorrento port. You will find ferry services to Capri, including the Porto Turistico di Capri. Purchase your ferry ticket and board the ferry for a picturesque ride to Capri that takes around 20-30 minutes. Upon arrival, you will be at Marina di Caterola.
