Follow the signs to the Piramide Cestia metro station (Line B). Take the metro towards Laurentina. Alight at the Circo Massimo station. From Circo Massimo, head north on Via della Greca until you reach the intersection with Via di Santa Maria in Cosmedin. Turn left onto Via di Santa Maria in Cosmedin, and after a short walk, you will see Piazza dei Cavalieri di Malta on your right, where the Buco della serratura dell’Ordine di Malta is located.
