Walking
If you are near the Colosseum, head northwest on Via di Villa Peretti towards Via di San Giovanni in Laterano. Continue on Via di San Giovanni in Laterano until you reach Piazza del Colosseo. From there, follow the road to Via dei Fori Imperiali. The Temple of Vesta is located along this road on your left, near the Roman Forum.

Take the Metro Line B to the Colosseo station. Once you exit the station, head towards the Colosseum and follow the previous walking directions from there. It's a short 10-minute walk to reach the Temple of Vesta.

Take bus number 75 or 81 from various points in Rome towards the direction of Piazza Venezia. Get off at the stop 'Fori Imperiali - Colosseo'. From the bus stop, walk towards Via dei Fori Imperiali and the Temple of Vesta will be on your right.
