Turn left, and you will find Chiesa di Santa Maria Maggiore at the end of this street.

Continue straight until you reach Piazza della Repubblica, then turn right onto Via del Corso. After 200 meters, turn left onto Via di Santa Maria Maggiore, and you will arrive at Chiesa di Santa Maria Maggiore.
