Walking
To reach Cairoli Square, start at the main entrance of the ancient Greek Theatre in Taormina. Exit the theatre and turn left onto Via Teatro Greco. Continue walking straight until you reach the intersection with Corso Umberto I, the main street in Taormina filled with shops and cafes. Turn right onto Corso Umberto I and walk for about 500 meters. You will pass by several shops and restaurants on your left and right. Keep an eye out for the beautiful views of the coastline as you walk. After about 500 meters, you will come to a square, which is Piazza IX Aprile. Here, take a moment to enjoy the stunning views of the coastline. From Piazza IX Aprile, continue straight onto Via XXVII Luglio for about 200 meters until you reach Cairoli Square. The square is an open area surrounded by trees and is a great place to relax.

If you prefer to take public transport, you can take a local bus from the Taormina bus station. Board the bus heading towards Messina. The buses run frequently, so you won't have to wait long. After approximately 15 minutes, get off at the stop near Cairoli Square. From the bus stop, walk a short distance on Via XXVII Luglio until you reach the square itself. This option is great for those wanting to explore beyond Taormina and enjoy the scenic ride.
