If you are in the heart of San Marco, make your way towards Piazza San Marco (St. Mark's Square). Look for the iconic Campanile di San Marco (the bell tower) as your landmark. From any point in San Marco, head towards the square, which is the main hub of the area. Doge's Palace is located directly on the edge of the square. As you approach the square, you will see the grand façade of Doge's Palace to your left, right next to the Basilica di San Marco.

If you are coming from a further location within Venice, you can take the Vaporetto (water bus) to the San Marco stop. Check the Vaporetto lines (Line 1 or Line 2) that service the San Marco area. Once you disembark at the San Marco stop, exit the station and follow the signs to Piazza San Marco. Doge's Palace is just a short walk from the Vaporetto stop, on the left side as you face the square.
