Car
If you're driving to Happo-en from the center of Bingo, start by heading south on Route 2. Continue for about 30 kilometers until you reach the junction for Route 1. Merge onto Route 1 and follow the signs to Tokyo. As you approach Tokyo, take the exit towards Shirokanedai. Continue straight for about 1 kilometer, and you will see Happo-en on your right at 1 Chome-1-1 Shirokanedai, Minato City. There is parking available on-site.

Public Transportation
To reach Happo-en via public transportation, take the JR Sōbu Line from Bingo Station to Shinjuku Station. At Shinjuku Station, transfer to the Tokyo Metro Marunouchi Line and head towards Ikebukuro. Get off at Shirokanedai Station. From there, it's a 10-minute walk to Happo-en. Exit the station and head southeast on Shirokanedai Street, and Happo-en will be on your left at 1 Chome-1-1 Shirokanedai, Minato City.
